In our 6 weeks course we guide Teens through the transition from Teen into a balanced Young Adult. One who is self-aware, socially skilled, making less mistakes, and confident!

Life Skills for Confidence Course
It’s all covered for your Teen to learn online in our 6 week program of lessons for Life Skills for Confidence. In addition, our program allows your Teen to have a mentor to impress them with the importance of their body, understanding self-care and positive self-talk, and develop confidence in order to see their future in a manageable manner.
